Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped securely. Most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details to follow your order every step of the way. If anything comes up with your delivery, our support team is ready to jump in and get it sorted fast.

RETURN POLICY

At drypscent, we want you to shop with confidence. Because fragrance samples are custom-decanted products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drypscent.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
